CarXport’s work in the Chinese market draws on HM INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED and trading experience since 2008 in automotive spare parts and managing operations between Chinese suppliers and international customers.
From spare parts trading to vehicle purchasing coordination
Our experience began with the details of automotive spare parts trading: understanding customer needs, finding suitable products, discussing specifications and prices, and following up with suppliers. We now apply this knowledge to CarXport’s vehicle and spare parts sourcing activities.
We see each order as an operation that needs follow-through, beyond a quotation. Our approach is to clarify requirements, define the scope of service and document agreed terms before proceeding.
